The Third Company of China Construction First Engineering Bureau came to our company for inspection

On October 12th, the "Safety Pioneer" training camp was organized by Hou Zong, the head of the Hangzhou Wangjiang section project department of China Construction First Engineering Group Co., Ltd., and led by Shao Zong, the head of safety at the headquarters, and Zhong Zong, the head of the East China branch. The three companies mobilized more than 30 young backbone members from the safety department of ongoing projects nationwide to form the "Safety Pioneer" training camp, and visited our company for a half day inspection and study.

The general manager of the company, Shen Guozhong, led a team to warmly receive this special guest. Through corporate promotional videos, Mr. Hou and his team gained a comprehensive understanding of the company. In order to better understand the company's products, Mr. Chen and Mr. Zhao from the R&D center of the company introduced the design concept, advantages and characteristics of tower cranes and construction elevators in a PPT format, with a focus on theoretical demonstrations and explanations of multiple processes such as product safety design, manufacturing and processing.

The learning team then visited the workshop site and learned about the entire production and operation process from raw material cutting, metalworking, heat treatment, riveting and welding, surface treatment, to product assembly, packaging, storage and transportation. At the same time, they learned about the manufacturing techniques of the main key components of tower cranes and construction elevators. At the production site, they gained a deep understanding of the working principles and functions of various limiters, limiters, frequency converters, etc.

The three PT7020 tower cranes produced by Huayang Technology have been busy serving in the construction of the first bureau and third company project in the Wangjiangmen plot of Hangzhou.
